Cops Infiltrated, An Ilegal Action!!!!

From the first national march (May 12th 2011) so far, Chilean Marches were as peaceful as a library, but in the other point of view, there are "hooded people" which mess the march up, You know that a vandalism has to be stopped or running out by people or cops, but there an ilegal action which cops make and it's infiltrate.

How do cops infiltrate?
Cops infiltrate wearing like a common people (t-shirt, jeans, etc).
They carefully protect their identities faking their ID national cards.
They start a war or a vandalism so other vandalist do that too.
And then The infiltrated cops catch him/her and soon this is indentified.

Is it Good or Bad?
Very BAD, because the infiltrate cops' action is take a possibly innocent manifestant with doing nothing to blame. Marches with infiltrated cops is unadjusted and uncomfortable for the people who march peacefully.

How can we recognize an infiltration of a cop?
If this cop is never alone
If this cop always holds a schoolbag
If this cop has been taking pictures of a same person all time long
If this cop has been following you or another person
If this cop looks nervous & angry by comming near you or another person
If you learn this cop is holding a fake ID national Card (Fake Identify is the main clue)

How is an infiltrated cop treated by students?
If the identify of an infiltrated cop is discovered by students, this cop is angrily and physically attacked by students until this cop fades so far away and very off. In Chile, the infiltration is a crime and has prison penalty.

What can it make?
It can make prison errorly and abuse from COPS and montages by theirselves.

Is the infiltration legal in your country?

Bye
