Grants: decrease of the monthly payments along the years to study a career.
There's one which decreases the totality of monthly payments; the students have to get over 550 PSU socre (Averages Language-Math), has been to public or subsidied school, "be as poor as living under a bridge". There are more grants that students can get, Students has to be like "poor "Jimmy Neutron", because some grants asks the students to get nimimal NEM (Finally average from 9-12 grade) and minimal PSU score; there is one which is granted to a students who get the Region's and Chile's highest PSU score at any subject; but these grants only decrease partialy the monthly payments up to US$ 240 each month and the restant left to pay has to be paid by the students.

Loans: consist on decreasing partiality each monthly payment along the years that last the career to study, but you have to pay all the decrease back by getting the degree. This type of decrease is the most EXPENSIVE in the world. There's professionals that studying with Governmental or Bank loans and have to pay back for over 20 or 30 years with an interest rate that take them to pay the DOUBLE back.
Most of grants are granted to students who gets over 500 PSU score, meanwhile, Most of Loan are granted to Middle-Family-Class students who get 450-499 PSU scores or less.
What to do?¿To get into debts for being happy? or ¿Get more poor, eat nothing, dress the same as you always do and get depression?
