This grant is about making Chile get more quality teachers in the future of the chilean education, that's the goal of the government.

How much does it cover?

This grant covers the totality of monthly payment and fin of the registration along the career (year by year)

Because you, by getting this grant, have to sign a promissory note that articulates that you, getting the degree, must work as a teacher in a public or subsidied school for 3 years. If you don't so, you'll naturally have to give all the grant back paying off everithing covered along your study.
