Kinds of School in Chile

In Chile, there are 3 kinds of school through financial administration:

Colegios Municipalizados o públicos (Public Schools)
  • Identified by code EG: E-97 La bandera, D-68, A-7 Liceo Politécnico, etc.
  • Totally financied by the government
  • Attended by lower-class-family students
  • Free education (Except the matriculation in some schools)
  • Same uniform school as each other (most of them)
  • Students tend to be victims of "bullying"
  • Middle wages of teachers and workers
  • MIDDLE EDUCATION
  • Whose students got 449 PSU score (total average)
Colegios Particular-Subvencionados (Subsidied Schools)
  • Identified by only their respective names (no code)
  • Partially financied by the government and the restant left financed by students' parents
  • Attended by lower-and-middle-class-family students
  • Nearly Expensive matriculation and monthly payments
  • Uniformed school personalized per each school
  • Middle risk to be victim of "Bullying"
  • Middle-Upper wages of teachers and workers
  • MIDDLE-UPPER EDUCATION
  • Whose students got 511 PSU score (total average)
Colegios Particulares (Private Schools)
  • Identified by only their respective names (no code)
  • Totally financied by students' parents
  • Attended by Upper-class-family students
  • Highly Expensive Matriculation and Monthly Payments
  • No risk to be victim of "Bullying"
  • Millionaire-and-Upper wages of teachers and workers
  • GOOD EDUCATION
  • Whose students got 603 PSU score (total average)

This is the difference of the breaching policy between lower and upper class

Criticize! Bye
