Do you know the amount we, chilean university students, have to pay to study?

If we make a plus between the debt EVERY Chilean university students have (granted and non-granted amounts) The amount is:

ALL EYES ON THESE AMOUNTS BECAUSE THOSE WILL MAYBE BE HIGHER!!!!

If the higher education in your country is free ¿Would the students of your country spend that amount of Dollars for studying either would they have been spending in a greatest tripping along Europe, buying 4 or five cars, or doing they want ?
